The registration fee includes the delegate bag with all information about the conference, conference proceedings on CD ROM, exhibition, welcome party as well as the Industrial Evening. It does not include the Tutorials and the Bavarian Evening.

Two-Day Ticket EUR 290

The two-day registration is only valid for two eligible conference days including the delegate bag with all information about the conference, exhibition and integrated welcome party as well as the Industrial Evening.

Tutorials:

1. Tutorial: Fundamentals and Trends of Plasma Surface Processing and
2. Tutorial: European Patents on Plasma Surface Engineering - Sunday:

3. Tutorial: The Practice of Reactive Sputter Deposition (SVC) - Thursday:

Regular fee, for everyone EUR 250

These ticket is only valid for the particular Tutorial ordered.

Bavarian Evening EUR 40*

Participation at the Bavarian Evening is only possible with this additional ticket.

Accompanying persons EUR 60

Fee includes welcome party, Industrial Evening as well as Bavarian Evening.

We kindly ask all students to present their (valid) student card as well as their (valid) ID to the employees of the conference office.

All stated conference and tutorial fees are free of VAT according to §4 (22a) UStG (German value-added tax law). Prices marked with * include German VAT.

Payment conditions for conference fees

A letter of confirmation of your registration to the PSE 2008 will be sent to you by e-mail including the invoice.

The preferred methods of payment are by credit card (VisaCard / MasterCard / AmericanExpressCard) or by wire bank transfer (drawn on a German bank) within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. Late and on-site registrations can only be accepted after payment by credit card (VisaCard / MasterCard / AmericanExpressCard) or in cash at the beginning of the conference.

Cancellations and substitutions are accepted if written notification is received. In case of your registration cancellation a cancellation fee of EUR 100 will be charged before June 10, 2008. After that date, a refund is not possible.
